Brazil make no mistakes against New Zealand
A dominant Brazil easily defeated New
Zealand 4-0 in their last warmup match ahead of the upcoming World Cup.
The title defenders took it easy in the first half. New Zealand hardly
managed to get to the ball but the Brazilians did not create many
chances either.
But in the 43rd minute, Ronaldo broke the deadlock and defeated
goalkeeper Glen Moss for the first time.
Six minutes into the second half, Adriano got Brazil's second goal and
the impressive Kaká netted a third in the 86th.
In the final minutes, Brazil continued to attack and the Seleçao would
eventually get a 4-0 victory thanks to Juninho in the 92nd minute.
The damage could have been much bigger but New Zealand 'keeper Moss
showed a particularly good performance in Zürich, and used his chance to
get the attention of teams in Europe; the goalie is currently unemployed.
