AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti has
confirmed that the signing of Real Madrid striker Ronaldo is not
essential to the clubs plans this season.
Ancelotti has hinted that the player would be a nice addition to his
squad but that he would not be losing any sleep over the transfer.
Milan have been locked in negotiations with Real Madrid over the
transfer of the Brazilian star, however if they are unable to come to an
agreement in which Ronaldo can free himself from his present contract
with Madrid, they will give up on their pursuit.
Ancelotti told a press conference: "I am not worried about this transfer,
it is not essential. It is not fundamental for us to have four strikers
when Kaka can play forward in some matches".
